Quality standards
In matters of quality of our fish, stocks and general service we only expect the best of ourselves and our suppliers. Our stocks and products are regularly checked for quality and hygiene and we cooperate with approved laboratories and institutes in this respect. All through the buying and selling stages, our products are regularly checked in terms of their quality and freshness. For constantly high quality we only collaborate with approved laboratories and institutes. 

Environmental protection and sustainability
We assume responsibility for self-sustainability of our environment and know that only sustainable fishing will in the long run preserve our fishing resources and so one of the most important sources of food for mankind. For that reason we only do business with certified contractors, suppliers and producers.
