Fresh Fish
Fillets of freshly caught fish are packed for shipment in 5 or 10 kg boxes.

After catching the fish, it is directly cooled down to below 0°C. Fillets are sorted by size and weight, with or without skin, pbi/pbo.

Fillets of freshly caught fish will be treated and stored in the best possible way while being transported and distributed to our customers.
