Depending on demand we provide whole fillets, loins, tails or center cuts.  - Furthermore we offer fillets with different breadings: coated with breadcrumbs, floured or breaded and pre-fried.

IQF fillets are sorted by size and packed for shipment in 5 or 10 kg boxes (with/without skin, pbi/pbo).

Interleaved fillets are packed in 3 x  6–7 kg boxes.
