Fillets are sorted by size and weight and produced with/without skin; pbi/pbo. - Interleaved fillets are sorted by size with/without skin, pbi/pbo - They are packaged in 3 x 6-7 kg boxes.

IQF fillets or fillets with/without skin, pbi/pbo are packaged for shipment in 10-15 kg boxes or a scantainer (ca 300 kg).

7 kg blocks of fillets are also on offer, and cut-offs or „minced“.

Whole fish, headed and gutted and sorted by size, is also available.
